I'm an engineer and designer, on the cusp of finishing my studies at Stanford University with a BS in Computer Science & Product Design.

• Co-founded a company named Iris Labs to build a data-driven assistant for students.
• Worked as a product designer at RandomCoffee, a startup in Paris, France.
• Built Peerlift, a remarkably fast, human way to discover scholarships for college (90k users)

I'm interested in working across layers of technical abstraction to empower everyday people to take actions that were previously inaccessible. This focus means I most often work between interface design, human-computer interaction, natural language understanding, and occasionally systems programming.

Currently, I'm curious about the next interface paradigm, low-latency machine-learning in browsers with Javascript, translating AI research into practice, and discerning what doing great work really means after all.
